To bring expertise to recovery residences and the living environments focused on the whole-person approach to recovery. Within approximately 10 business days of submitting your online application and fee payment, you will be assigned to a dedicated Certification Specialist, who will provide you with the Clearinghouse Applicant Request Form and the FCB Privacy Policy Form. When you return these forms, the FCB will initiate your level 2 background screening with the DCF clearinghouse. Applying for certification is a multi-step process that requires you to submit information and supporting documentation directly to the FCB and to request documentation from other individuals, which they will need to submit directly to the FCB on your behalf. To fairly certify Florida Recovery Residences, on a voluntary basis, as having demonstrated compliance with the NARR Standard and FARR Code of Ethics.
